All the new construction homes that have been built in the recent years are unattainable to a small family just starting out - for several reasons. Too large, too many higher end finishes which drive up the price…What happened to a true starter home?

We have an OVER-ABUNDANCE of large homes. We just don’t have sufficient numbers of large families to buy them given Americans haven’t procreated like they did in prior generations.
