@AirCanada how did flight 7642 - YUL to LGA on 8/15/21 depart YUL without any of the baggage on board? The pilot didn't know? Isn't that a security violation? Waited over 1 hr at carousel to be told bags weren't ever on the plane? Today: On hold w/Airline since 9am. No response.

@AirCanada Been checking link since 9 am while on hold with customer service. No updates. We were delayed by 30 minutes in MTL, pilot told us issues with conveyer belt, they were waiting for the bags. We took off and no one knew the bags weren't on the plane? Hard to believe.
