El guitarrista de Aerosmith, Joe Perry, grabó los solos de guitarra de la canción de introducción de la serie animada de Spider-Man de 1994.

Inicialmente, la producción quería usar el clásico tema de la serie animada de 1967, pero como resultaba demasiado caro adquirir los derechos, se encargó a Haim Saban y Shuki Levy que compusieran una obra original.

Joe Perry fue contratado para grabar las guitarras eléctricas que se escuchan en el tema introductorio, incluyendo la melodía principal y los 2 breves solos, en un estilo bien rockero que resuena en nuestra cabeza hasta el día de hoy.

Por cierto, la letra dice: Spider-Man, Spider-Man, radioactive Spider-Man.
