Hi,my order AWB -18104710834901, which was due for delivery on 12th Nov. The delivery agent called and asked me to collect the package from a different location, refusing to deliver to my address as specified. This was unexpected and inconvenient. [1/2]

I booked a railway parcel service for my bike from Pune to Varanasi on the 11th of 2024 via train number 11033. The parcel was loaded from Pune on the same date. However, I have yet to receive it and have been visiting Varanasi Railway Station multiple times without success.
