No not at all because the umpire was at a baseball game. Referees monitor wrestling matches. I’ve watched a thousand wrestling matches in person. The REFEREES can’t see everything that happens. They’re looking for full nelsons, illegal holds, etc. You can grapple by grabbing an inner thigh, yes, but finger penetration? Obviously banned and easily missed.
