If Christ be in you, then why should you not venture upon any work or service for God, although it do lie beyond you, and beyond your strength, and expect large and great things from him?

William Bridge, preaching in 1648 on Galatians 2:20

Singing Is He Worthy hits a little different tonight.

Do you feel the world is broken? Do you wish that you could see it all made new? Is all creation groaning?

And does Jesus, our Messiah hold forever those he loves? Does our God intend to dwell again with us?

[Meghan Auxier @mauxier]

@emschumacher This just makes me sick.

6:30 am drive to school, got our middle schooler with me. Eye of the Tiger comes on the radio. Jamming to the music. Pride is swelling that I can share this moment of childhood music with my kid. Until I realize I only know the the words “eye of the tiger” and duh, duh duh duh.🥋

For too long I’ve been frustrated to receive text ads from a certain pizza chain. I don’t like their pizza. Quickly deleted each time the ad came. Just realized I’ve been reading it wrong the whole time. It’s from my fave take-and-bake pizza place. #missedalotofsales (&calories)

Right now the grocery store is bad place to get a sudden tickle in your throat. I tried to hold that cough in... that didn’t work, as you can imagine. The two fellow shoppers in my isle gave me the stink eye.
