Junior Drs low morale isn’t just about pay.

It’s about unnecessary educational hoops, lack of employment stability & being treated like rota fodder rather than being valued.

Any resolution to strikes which just address pay and not values , will not solve the underlying issues.

Sounds more of a hospital problem than an ambulance problem. Reducing handover times are not going to pay staff more money in keeping with cost of living, help with retention, buy more ambulance, help recruitment, or improve morale. Thus….people (tax payers) die unnecessarily
