I had the privilege of engaging with coaches in Jos, Plateau State, through the Rasheedat Ajibade Foundation's Coaches' Sensitisation Session on Safeguarding, Anti-Discrimination, and Code of Conduct.
Football is more than the game we play on the pitch; it is about creating safe, respectful, and inclusive environments where every player can learn, grow, and thrive.
I am grateful for the opportunity to share, learn, and contribute to conversations that will help shape a better future for our athletes and the sport we all love.

#VAIDARPORTUGAL
It was a great honour to meet with His Excellency, Governor Caleb Muftwang , the Executive Governor of Plateau state at the State House in Jos as a part of the Rasheedat Ajibade Foundation's visit to the beautiful city of Jos
On this visit, the development of women's football at grassroots level with special emphasis on coaching development and player education was front and centre.
As a Foundation, we understand that sports talent optimization is critical to building stronger communities and this visit was to further strengthen our drive to ensure that these talents are supported in every way possible to become the best version of themselves.
The Rasheedat Ajibade Foundation believes that sport is not separate from society, it reflects it. When we invest in coaches, protect young players, and create pathways for young girls and boys in football we are investing in Africa itself.
We are grateful for the Governor's reception and for the opportunity to bring this conversation to the highest level in Plateau State.
The drive to impact the promising sports ecosystem continues.

THIS IS WHY I STARTED. .
I am a product of a grassroots coach. Someone who showed up for me with no resources, no recognition, just pure belief that I could become something great.
And I did. By God’s grace, I play for @PSG_Feminines and I captain the Super Falcons of Nigeria.
But as my career grew, I started to notice something that broke my heart.
The coaches doing this work every single day across Nigeria on grassroots pitches, in communities, with barely any resources, no one is investing in them.
No certificate. No formal training. No support. Just passion. Just love for the game.
So I made a decision.
I started the Rasheedat Ajibade Foundation NIS Coaching Education Scholarship because I believe that if you invest in the coach, you invest in every single player they will ever coach for the rest of their career and for the rest of their lives.
Behind every great Nigerian athlete is a coach who believed in them first.
Let us invest in those coaches.
If you believe what I believe that Nigerian sport changes from the ground up, not the top down, share this. Invest in this. Be a part of this.

There are usually two types of people whenever a new digital movement starts growing.
The first group watches everything carefully…
but never takes action.
The second group learns, participates, and positions themselves early.
Months later, the difference becomes obvious.
Right now, many people are still only watching the shift happening around:
- digital engagement
- online participation
- attention-based ecosystems
- community-driven value
But others are already becoming active participants inside communities like Bittoken and CTC.
Not because they know everything.
But because they understand something important:
In fast-changing digital environments, early learning matters.
The people who engage early often gain:
- more understanding
- stronger positioning
- better community connections
- more experience over time
Meanwhile, silent watchers stay stuck in observation mode.
The internet is changing whether people participate or not.
The real decision is:
Will you only consume the future…
or help shape it?
Comment me “MOVE” if you want to learn how to become an active participant in the CTC movement.
