@juan_sin_tierra@hispanicnomad as usual it depends...don't forget its not just salaries but taxes way higher...but NY/California closer to Spain than say North Carolina.
@hispanicnomad Not to mention Spain has higher taxes and VAT on almost everything. I guess at the lower end its not as bad but taxes in the EU are borderline ridiculous
@marvinliao What is to be learned? Need to shut off all non-highly-skilled migration? Remove the path to citizenship outside certain highly-skilled cases?
@visegrad24 Why even have citizenship rules at all outside certain highly-skilled positions? Been abroad for 15+ years now in various countries never have had citizenship FYI
