@Elijahjstacy Don't forget to mention the Soslow study that received NIH funding and served as external comparator. The study had 15 deaths (19%) after 4.9 years at an median age of 17 years. Zero deaths in HOPE2 OLE and the patients are around 21.5 years old now. Also no death in Hope3
