@flysrilankan It’s the first time ever in so many years of my parents travel internationally that I am asked to get a Doctor’s certificate for availing a wheelchair assistance to navigate at the airport. No airline has ever done that, they don’t have a medical condition they are just old.

@RBLBankCares I was confirmed in July that my card is closed and there was zero dues. Nov-21 I get an annual fee bill for a lifetime free credit card(miss selling). On calling I find my card is not closed, and a closed insurance is auto renewed @RBI @CIBIL_Official @jagograhakjago

@rblbank I was told the card is free, yet there was a charge on some insurance. Getting your CC is maze. Finally I cancelled the card last month. Again I have Rs300 bill, your collection agents have called me 50 times in the last two days and talking as if owe millions. For your mistake.
