in 2017 a nobody typed a prayer under Osimhen’s tweet.
no followers. no clout. nothing to gain.
just genuine belief in a young boy with a dream.
“I pray you’ll excel among your contemporaries. The Lord will raise you above Messi and Ronaldo.”
nine years passed.
Osimhen never forgot.
when the tweet resurfaced he didn’t just like it and move on.
he found the man.
called him personally.
spoke for an hour.
then flew him to Istanbul to watch him play.
two kind people finding each other across nine years.
one believed when nobody was watching.
one remembered when he didn’t have to.
that’s the story.
your kind words never really disappear.
Suicide doesn't end the pain. It only transfers it from you to another person. Please speak to someone if you have to. And be opened to hearing people out. Pay attention to your loved ones, friends and family. Some share how they feel through jokes, memes and cryptic messages. Life is hard. We can’t do it all alone.
Sorry to his family🫶🏽
> Reggie lost his friend

> Loses his mind
> People around Reggie use him instead of helping
> Kai actually tries to get him help recover
> Reggie blames Kai for everything
> Kai distances himself
> Reggie feels left out
> Reggie starts making allegations
Moral of the story don’t do drugs.
Back in 2014, there was a man who was already aware of the irregularities involving Manchester City. That man now runs FIFA. The infamous Gianni Infantino, then UEFA General Secretary, abused his authority, shared confidential documents and, in short, outmanoeuvred the Investigatory Chamber, doing everything in his power to ensure that both Manchester City and PSG would merely receive a fine, avoiding a deeper investigation that could have led to a Champions League ban. All of these details were also revealed through Football Leaks.
Given his actions as UEFA General Secretary and, more recently, as FIFA President, I can only say, in my humble opinion, that Gianni Infantino has become a cancer on football and should have no place in the future of the game.
Ghana rejected a $109 million health funding from USA over demands regarding data privacy and national sovereignty.
The deal states that Ghana should the share medical records of its citizens with USA
Ghana's President John Mahama described the agreement's terms as humiliating.
Whatever you’re admiring in someone else’s life, know there was a price paid for it that you didn’t see.Envy is just admiring a bill you never had to pay. Goodnight, fam.
THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING…
An OpenAI model couldn’t find the financial data it needed, so it planned to invent it and keep quiet.
“Be transparent only if asked.” That was the instruction it left itself. OpenAI report
Another model used a leaked API key, then fabricated numbers and claimed they came from the requested website.
These are examples from 6 new reports OpenAI published about concerning behavior during training and evaluation.
OpenAI says these cases don’t establish how often this happens across its models.
I’d be careful counting the savings from replacing staff before knowing how much human supervision is still needed…
"The alternative could be catastrophic."
Anthropic whistleblower Jacob Coxon tells @seanhannity the U.S. and China need a major deal on AI, as fears of the technology spiraling out of control and threatening humanity rattle some in government.
"I think President Trump could be a great person to make a deal in the immediate future."
I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.
