This is probably the 3rd or 4th times @CMofKarnataka has raised the Defence land issue with the Defence Minister.

Delays in securing Defence land are affecting key Bengaluru infrastructure projects. But this is not the only issue several Metro, railway and other infrastructure projects are also stuck at the Centre with various ministry’s . Projects like STRR too continue to face delays.

The Centre and State need to work together and resolve these issues faster instead of letting Bengaluru’s infrastructure projects remain stuck in prolonged processes.

Bengaluru is a major contributor to India’s economic growth. Its infrastructure needs should not be held back by inter-governmental delays.
