Cloudy weather will persist over most parts of the country tonight with intermittent slight to moderate rain over parts southern Ghana throughout the forecast period. However, thunderstorms or rain will continue over parts of the transition and northern sectors. Mist or fog patches are expected to form over parts of the coastal, forest, and mountainous areas tomorrow morning. There is also the likelihood of slight to moderate rain along the coast.

NB: Keep electrical gadgets away from water, unplug sensitive electronics during thunderstorms where it is safe to do so, and avoid handling electrical equipment with wet hands.

The rain-bearing clouds currently affecting the southeastern parts of the country are expected to persist, producing rain with occasional thunder of varying intensities. As the day progresses, these clouds are also expected to spread westward, bringing thunderstorms or rain to the southwestern parts of the country from this afternoon into the evening. Northern Ghana will experience intervals of sunshine. However, thunderstorms or rain are expected over parts of the northern sector from late afternoon into the evening.
