4/5 after them moving my husband three times (none of them next to us) he was forced to sit on a seat that didn’t recline for 8 hours. Didn’t sleep at all until I relieved him by switching seats. I hadn’t flown AF in 12 years, never will AGAIN.

3/5 when connecting through Paris after many delays and three changed gates we had to sit on a hot bus on the tarmac for a very long time while we literally watched them fuel the plane and clean it. All with bad attitudes and zero apologies. No fucks given.
