@Se_Railway Cherry on top of the icing, the Otford ticket machine froze and is processing my payment. I’ve asked your staff for help and his response was ‘there’s nothing I can do to help you’. Great.
@Se_Railway This year, I’ve missed 65% of my connections due to train delays. Worst service ever. My emails are full of delay repay requests but it doesn’t give me back the time I’ve lost. Abysmal when you’re raising the prices to pay for a worst service each year.
@nationalrailenq the 7:20 train from Otford to Sevenoaks doors closed 2 minutes before departure and then left. Now I have to wait half an hour for the next train, why did this happen?
