Otherwise walking ! Doesnt matter how or where, cals burnt by steps add up !! 🙂↕️

@Ryricecake I can’t fast because family but make sure you get in your vitamins/electrolytes, drink at least a liter of water, and don’t do intensive exercise
For 10k steps you can do a few laps around your neighborhood / pace / treadmill but take breaks in between

A simple recipe woukd be to just cook it w some tomatoes and eggs!!
@bunnieleen I would recommend walking in the early morning or late evening so it doesn’t get too hot, have music and water at hand, and take a small break after each lap! definitely don’t start out at a steep incline tho😭
