Is there a new local government eThekwini? The last time I visited Durban it was as filthy and smelly as Johannesburg, if not worse. This time it’s no longer skanky. It’s spic n span. Even today, on New Year’s Day nogal, I saw municipal workers cleaning the streets in the Berea area.

@Grootman2u @Maphumzah I was gonna try and pay but I have no doubt that he would have flatly refused. I’d do the same. Hear me well I don’t go around borrowing people my car and would discourage it. My point is it depends on who that person is to you. If you borrow carry the risk. Period.
