یتیموں کا خیال رکھنے کی تلقین
یتامیٰ کے تعلق میں قرآن کریم میں اور بھی بہت ساری جگہوں پر ذکر ملتا ہے جس میں ان کے حقوق کی ادائیگی اور ان پر شفقت کا ہاتھ رکھنے کا حکم ہے، اس آیت[وَیَسۡـَٔلُوۡنَکَ عَنِ الۡیَتٰمٰی ؕ قُلۡ اِصۡلَاحٌ لَّہُمۡ خَیۡرٌ ؕ وَاِنۡ تُخَالِطُوۡہُمۡ فَاِخۡوَانُکُمۡ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ یَعۡلَمُ الۡمُفۡسِدَ مِنَ الۡمُصۡلِحِ ؕ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ اللّٰہُ لَاَعۡنَتَکُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ عَزِیۡزٌ حَکِیۡمٌ(البقرہ:۲۲۱)] میں اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے کہ وہ تمہارے بھائی ہیں اور بھائی کے ساتھ ایک نیک فطرت بھائی کیا سلوک کرتا ہے۔ بڑا بھائی ہمیشہ یہی کوشش کرتا ہے کہ میرا بھائی پڑھائی میں بھی اچھا ہو، صحت میں بھی اچھا ہو، اخلاق میں بھی اچھا ہو، جماعتی کاموں میں دلچسپی لینے والا ہو، اس کا اٹھنا بیٹھنا اچھے دوستوں میں ہو۔ جہاں پڑھائی کی طرف توجہ دے وہاں کھیلنے کی طرف بھی توجہ دے تاکہ اس کی صحت بھی اچھی رہے۔ اگر کسی محبت کرنے والے کا بھائی بیمار ہو جائے تو بے چین ہوتا ہے۔ اس کی تیمارداری او ر اس کے علاج کی طرف بھرپور توجہ دیتا ہے۔ تو اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے کہ تمہارے معاشرے کے یتیم تمہارے بھائی ہیں۔ ان سے نیک سلوک کرو، ان کی ضروریات کا خیال رکھو، ہمیشہ یہ بات تمہارے ذہن میں رہے کہ ان کی اصلاح کی طرف بھی توجہ دینی ہے۔ ان کو معاشرے کا ایک فعال حصہ بنانا ہے۔ یہ نہیں کہ اگر ان کے ماں باپ یا بڑے بہن بھائی نہیں ہیں جو ان کو سنبھال سکیں تو ان کو ضائع کر دو۔ فرمایا کہ یہ ایک مومن کا شیوہ نہیں ہے۔ مومن تو وہ ہے جو ان یتیموں کا خیال رکھتے ہوئے انہیں معاشرے کا مفید وجود بنانے کی کوشش کرتا ہے۔ اسلام کی جو تعلیم ہے کہ پیار بھی کرو اور سختی کے وقت سختی بھی کرو اور ہمیشہ اصلاح کا پہلو مدنظر رہے۔ یہ چیز اپنے یتیم بھائیوں اور بچوں کے لئے بھی سامنے رکھو، جس طرح تم اپنے بچوں اور چھوٹے بھائیوں کے لئے ہمدردی کے جذبات رکھتے ہو اور یہ جذبات رکھتے ہوئے انہیں بگڑنے سے بچانے کی کوشش کرتے ہو، غلط بات پر ٹوکتے اور سمجھاتے ہو، نیک باتوں کی تلقین کرتے ہو، نہ زیادہ سختی کرتے ہو کہ وہ باغی ہو جائیں اور نہ پیار کا سلوک کرتے ہو کہ وہ لاڈ میں بگڑ جائیں۔ پس قرآن کریم کی پہلی ہدایت یتامیٰ کے بارے میں یہ ہے کہ ان کی اصلاح ہمیشہ مدنظر رکھو تاکہ وہ معاشرے کا فعال جزو بن سکیں۔ اور فرمایا کہ اصلاح اس طرح مدّنظر ہو جس طرح تم اپنے قریبی عزیز اور پیاروں کی اصلاح کی طرف توجہ دیتے ہو۔ ہمیشہ مدنظر ہو کہ وہ تمہارے بھائی ہیں۔ ان کا خیال رکھنا تمہارا فرض ہے۔
