@Barclaycard hi, I’ve allowed 2 working days since my card arrived for the pin to arrive after but it’s been a week since I received the card now and nothing. I can’t activate my card without the PIN and my interest free period is running out as I can’t use the card!!

@Barclaycard Hi, I applied for my Barclaycard on 30th Aug and have received my card. It says I need the PIN to activate it. Am I still waiting for that in the post or can I get it another way? Thanks

@marksandspencer hi, i bought some ready made artichoke pieces from your deli section, got home and realised the pieces still had the choke attached. This is a choking hazard and very bad to miss. Plus a complete waste of money!

@TLRailUK completely messed up my travel plans because the 07:13 SNO-PBO was delayed! Smallest leg of my journey and it’s ruined the whole thing - worst is I can’t even claim it back because it was under 15 mins! Awful service

@TLRailUK why do I constantly have to print out my ticket SNO-FPK? It wastes so much time. Both gatelines have scanners for mobile tickets
