Rockstar has been known for pushing the modern hardware to the limits. GTA 5 and rdr2 both ran at 30 fps on console at launch and nobody seemed to have a problem

I never even said Zelda running at 30 fps is a bad thing, all I’m saying is gta running at 30 is more understandable

@AntifaCostanza @skeleoncemore Not even close.TW3 has light and heavy special attacks, 5 different spells you can cast mid combat, dodge and roll, dozens of bombs and potions that each have different effects and each enemy type has specific bombs/signs/potions they are vulnerable to. Plus better enemy variety
