I’m seeing more and more videos of netball, showcasing outstanding skill at GR level but where the umpires are walking or umpiring the goal circle from the side line. It’s a fundamental that you need to remain in line or slightly ahead of the ball, arrive at the goal line either

The result was never going to be overturned but it’s surprising that @NetballSL haven’t acknowledged the clear disconnect between the umpires & the scoring bench. To not even apologise for the error is a terrible look and we need to demand and expect more from this “pro era”.
