@soapyvanshoey@chris_sutton73 Hating Celtic to win the league does not mean someone has hatred for Celtic. A load would just prefer Hearts to win the league, or indeed anyone other than the Old Firm.
@HansenRich13101@TouchlineX Aye, as well as securing CL football and winning a load of games, including beating City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Villa, etc.
@FootballCliches@CDEccleshare@D_C_W Re: video of Fletch on TNT after Southampton scored, raising his hands to McCoist and Gerrard in order to keep them silent/let the atmosphere speak for itself. He has a history of doing this, just seems too forced and unnatural, even though I agree with the effect it has ๐
@mercian_tom6694@Deano92_@JPick1001@TouchlineX As good as he's been over recent seasons, just 3 goals in his last 17 games isn't exactly instrumental. Player of the season? Absolutely not.
@MaxiGonzalez_23@liamgallagher Back in the day we would all rated that tune. Not sure on the verse(s) on 1st listen, but yeah that chorus would have been sang by many.
@UniteNatwest Following today's comms for us staff, are Unite going to continue to push back against the latest offer? Still seems miles off what Unite were pushing for originally.
@FootballCliches Alan Smith commented that Eze just needs to 'kick on' now, which seems the right term to use for Eze, who needs mins (and an increase in mins), he needs to impress, and he needs to produce output (Goals/assists). What else does a player need to do to 'kick on'?
@MartinSLewis This question is always a bit leading, suggesting people cope effectively. I reckon people struggle with the balance, that they don't get enough enjoyment, and it certainly becomes a bigger struggle with kids. It's a constant battle.
@FootballCliches Glen Murray during HT stoppage time just commented, "Itโs wonderfully poised here at The Amex."
Someone tell him that a co-commentator is not allowed to remark with such a line. Lead commentator or studio anchor only.
