@Iberia@Iberia_en Check-in staff waived us away, telling us to call our travel agent without offering any help or listening to us. I was then denied baggage tags when we asked for me to travel alone (as check-in was now 'closed'). Staff then got up and walked away. (cont.)
@Iberia@Iberia_en The worst customer service experience ever this morning in Munich. My partner's trip to Santiago was not confirmed by airline (despite email confirmation & payment). So was denied ticket & left stranded in Germany. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.(cont.)
@Iberia@Iberia_en I never take to social media but I have honestly never been spoken to like this as a customer in my life. I am absolutely shocked and appalled at the treatment we received.
@Iberia@Iberia_en This check-in staff member refused to let us speak to her manager. Also refused to call Iberia ticketing as my partner begged to buy a new ticket AND denied my luggage tags despite me having a boarding pass. (Photo @ 11:26am).
