Reasons you're under so much stress in life:
1. Lack of exercise
2. Not getting enough sun
3. Irregular diet
4. Rarely pray or meditate
5. Procrastination habits
6. Irregular sleep patterns
7. Spending too much time on social media
8. No hobbies or passions
9. Poor time management
10. Living away from your true self
@Henryf1w I'll buy a 10-year Grok bot subscription and let it do my job. I'm not quitting though - after all, the job provides me with social insurance, which is what I need.
@suraj_sharma14 I'm thinking the same way - let the Grok bot be my second brain instead of letting good articles just sit in my bookmarks and gather dust.
Best bot setup tip I heard this week, from Grok Bot's Lauren Tan: three good bots beat thirty you can't manage.
Her onboarding move: talk to it for ~10 min, then make it repeat the job back.
My version:
"Before we start: in 5 lines, tell me your job, what you'll never do without asking, and what done looks like."

Hi 👋
I'm trying to connect with people who are actively building and launching projects.
If you're a founder,
builder,
indie hacker,
engineer,
or designer —
please share a comment, tell me what you're working on, and let's connect 👇
awesome-agent-skills has 1000+ skills from real teams. Most aren't for you.
Before I let Grok Bot adapt one, I send it:
"Read this SKILL.md. Tell me: what it touches (files, logins, money), what it assumes I have, and the 3 lines I'd actually keep. Rewrite it for my setup. Don't save it yet."
Every Grok Bot skill I keep re-explaining should've been a file.
The anthropics/skills template is just: name, a description that says WHEN to use it, then steps.
I paste this into Grok Bot:
"Look at what I've asked you 3+ times this month. Pick one. Turn it into a skill: a one-line 'use when…' description, the exact steps, and one example. Show me before saving."
