@Acer_India this will be the fate of all of you, and no support at all. I purchased accer aspire 5 , on 21st june, facing problem from 7th july. no support whatsoever till date. bought it for online classes. Please think 10 times before you buy acer

#PCPaathshala dont suggest acer products. I purchased a laptop for my student son. aspire 5 on 21 june. crashed on 7th July. till date no support cannot be reached. Acer is worst and Please don't recommend it. hp or dell is better and you have service center options atleast

@timesofindia I bought a Acer aspire 5, 21 st june. crashes in 7th july, unable to reach the customer care and ty I'll date no support. my son has online classes and no way to rectify this problem. call to acer is no connecting via phone, chat etc. horrible acer

@Acer_India,I am sure this is a used piece, no way am able to log in a complaint, customer care 45 min hold and disconnect, chat 1 hour and yet you cant reach. this is pathetic service And worst brand . is there someone in accer who can help. I want replacement

@Acer_India I bought a laptop on 21 June 2020. basically, for online classes for my son. accer aspire 5 . from july 4th system crashes. took it to the shop accer, I remember the engineer telling someone, that the hard disk is getting disconnected. I need a replacement.
