@mcassieP @againstgrmrs It’s one of two tactics advised when all other options in toxic/abusive dynamics are exhausted. Either no-contact or grey rock to not give any ammunition for emotional hurt. Pretty certain this is pretty much a “if nothing else works” advice”, not “try this first”.
