When I finished uni, as a chemical engineering graduate, I was offered a job with less than 100k pay, I didn’t apply tho. Chat Control is now officially coming to Europe.

This law lets every EU government scan all your private messages, photos, and emails whenever they want.

And the craziest part is that Chat Control already got rejected 5 times in the Parliament in the past.

The first time was November 2023, but now on July 7, 2026, they created a fast-track voting process within 48 hours.

And even though most members of the European Parliament rejected Chat Control again, we were not able to reach the absolute majority needed, 361 members, to vote against it.

And this literally proves that the EU is not democratic.

It is not about what the people of Europe want, because once a law is rejected, they can simply keep resubmitting it until nobody is watching, and eventually whatever they want passes.

If this happened in China or Russia, Western media would call it authoritarian.
