@beachbuminkerry@lucyoshea John, there's no need to be importing an anti immigrant sentiment from the U.S to here. No doubt your family encountered some of the same in 1880 in the U.S. I'm sure they had "unknown medical histories" too when they arrived in the U.S.
Overall a terrible experience with @KLM not even mentioning their non-existent customer service. Everyone is under pressure, but it's no excuse for bad attitudes and incompetence. Thank you to @AerLingus for making the final leg of her journey stress-free
#klm My wife took a flight from Dubai to Cork yesterday/today via Amsterdam. She witnessed two totally diff attitudes with cabin crew helping/not helping her with her hand luggage. @KLM roll of the eyes @AerLingus "not a bother"
finally, all that on tp of @KLM s telling her she wn't be allowed on flight with type of Irish visa she had despite: 1) Ire not having any restrict on entering the Ire yet. 2) Irish emb in UAE just issuing visa the day before and 3) visa noting "visit family" "spouse of Irish"
@vitallyhilar@slake2006@KLM Yes, go to airport. When my wife went to the airport, their system still showed the old flight on 20th and that that flight was cancelled. They told her to queue somewhere else and ended up putting her on the flight that night that we had got the confirmation e-mail for!
@empathrium@AngelaGevurah Go to the airport and they should get you on another flight. In the end my wife got the flight we had changed to after a lot of trouble.
@KLM#KLM Looks like many people are see messages in "my trip" that their flight is cancelled however the same flights are showing "on time" in your APP, website and on airport websites. Is there an issue with the "my trip" section of your site? What information to rely on?
