@ICICILombard 5 years with ICICI Lombard, never made a claim for my XUV300. First genuine claim rejected saying "old damage" without proper review. Very disappointing service and unfair to loyal customers.

Rahul Ghosaliya is a fifth-year student at Karaganda Medical University in Kazakhstan. At present, he is ʙᴀᴛᴛʟɪɴɢ ꜰᴏʀ ʜɪꜱ ʟɪꜰᴇ on a ventilator in a hospital in the city of Karaganda. No one has been allowed to meet him or learn about his actual condition. The doctors have refused to give any clear information regarding his health.
The situation there has become extremely unsafe and uncertain for him. Even the members of the Indian Embassy(@indembastana) visited Rahul yesterday afternoon, but no official statement has been released from their side either.
Rahul Ghosaliya, the son of retired soldier Shri Banshidhar Ghosaliya,
belongs to Nayabas Dhawli village in Shahpura tehsil, Jaipur (RAJASTHAN).
His family is going through unimaginable hardship,Rahul is the only brother among seven sisters. His father, a former soldier who once served the nation with pride, is now suffering from paralysis, unable to move half of his body.
It is now crucial that an official medical team from India immediately reaches Karaganda to assess Rahul’s true medical condition. Every moment counts if timely action is not taken, something tragic might happen to him.
Requesting our foreign minister sir @DrSJaishankar @MEAIndia @indembastana to take a immediate action in this.

बाड़मेर जिले में सेड़वा एसडीएम बद्रीनारायण द्वारा डॉक्टर रामस्वरूप रावत के साथ किए गए दुर्व्यवहार की घटना निंदनीय और शर्मनाक है। प्रशासनिक पद पर बैठा कोई अधिकारी यदि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में लगे डॉक्टरों का स��्मान नहीं कर सकता और उन्हें धमकाने व अपमानित करने का कार्य करता है, तो यह एक गंभीर विषय है।
डॉक्टर हमारे समाज के लिए जीवन रक्षक होते हैं, जो कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करते हैं। ऐसे में, यदि कोई अधिकारी सत्ता के नशे में चूर होकर डॉक्टरों का अपमान करता है, तो यह केवल एक व���यक्ति विशेष का अपमान नहीं, बल्कि पूरे चिकित्सा समुदाय और स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था पर हमला है।
यह पहली बार नहीं है जब उक्त एसडीएम के भ्रष्टाचार और अनैतिक आचरण की बातें सामने आई हैं। पूर्व में भी रिश्वत लेते पकड़े जाने के बावजूद उन्हें बहाल करने के साथ ही भ्रष्ट अधिकारी का प्रमोशन कर बाड़मेर भेज दिया गया। अब डॉक्टर के साथ उनकी यह हरकत यह दिखाती है कि वे प्रशासनिक मर्यादा भूल चुके हैं।
मै सरकार से आग्रह करता हूं कि इस मामले में त्वरित संज्ञान लेते हुए विवादों में रहने वाले इस भ्रष्ट एवं दोषी अधिकारी के खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई की जाए, ताकि भविष्य में कोई भी प्रशासनिक अधिकारी जनता की सेवा में लगे डॉक्टरों के साथ ऐसा व्यवहार करने से पहले सौ बार सोचे।
