@FitFounder Was having heart palpitations recently due to being sick and dehydrated. Slowly started getting worse over time and after realizing I hadn't been exercising in weeks/months, I just did a hard leg day at the gym
Between that and a nice meal, they're literally gone
@HooaFury Sort of similar, but I've found that even showering in the dark is very meditative. A lot of good ideas pop up too, more than if I'm showering with the lights on
@russellbrunson Yeah if you can just do it now, you'll find that there's so much more time available to do so many more things
I think we just convince ourselves that we're busy when we're really just wasting time here and there

I know a few people who do those exact things but they never climb the ladder cause they're stuck in workhorse mode, instead of using that sort of work ethic to eventually advance
