Helsinki - a couple of small scratches, your invoice:
€249.70 - car damage
€259 spare parts
€223.39 paint job
€150.68 paint materials (?!)

I’m being charged 3x for the same work! Just sanding & painting. Shameful!
@Ryanair Guys, I’ve been really polite with my complaint but I’m only getting automated emails in return linking me to a form that I’ve already completed. I was sent an email telling me to reschedule my flight for free a couple of hours after it left. Not fair! Help, please!
@Ryanair Guys, I know you must be busy but I’ve now filled your complaint form and sent it across, twice, with docs showing I need to rebook my flight. I have now waited 1 calendar month since my latest I replied email (2 months since my flight). Please help.
@Ryanair Quite remarkably you have just emailed me, at 01:26 on Saturday, telling me I can rebook my 4x flights to Italy on Friday to later in the year for free! I would of course have done this as you illogically didn’t offer me a refund!
@Ryanair so my flight from London to Naples leaves today at 16:55 and you have confirmed that you won’t give me a refund, despite government advice to not travel to Italy. What incredibly poor service. You’ve lost a customer for life. Cheers.
@easyJet I tried for the whole of yesterday to use the chatbot and it never worked. All I need is confirmation that I will receive refunds for all 4 of my flights from Italy to the UK on Sunday, not just one of them
@easyJet I’ve had confirmation that my flight from Naples to London on Sunday 15th March has been cancelled, and yet I’ve only had an email confirming I will receive a refund for one of the 4 flights that I’ve booked my family. How can this be the case?
@mattbworth@Ryanair@Ryanair have decided to not offer refunds for people who have flights to Italy today and tomorrow, directly going against the UK government’s advice. A shocking piece of profiteering knowing no one will get these flights but happy to take their money.
#watchdog I just wanted to bring your attention to the large number of people who are booked to fly to Italy this week, when the UK government has recommended against travel to Italy, and yet Ryanair are refusing to refund their tickets - they will only refund from Saturday
@easyJet Surprised that you still haven’t seen the need in replying to me. It’s not acceptable to refund only 1 of the 4 flights that I booked for my family back from Italy. Please respond to me.
@Ryanair Really disappointed to see I’m not having my DM messages answered; just now getting copy and paste responses. I just want to know how you can justifying not refunding flights this week until Saturday despite the UK Gov’s advice to not travel to Italy. Irresponsible.
#bbcyourquestions why @Ryanair aren’t cancelling flights this week to Italy, before the 14th of March, when the government has expressly advised people to not travel there is beyond me. No refund offered for my family’s flight on Friday. Shocking.
@Flight_Refunds Do you have any advice for those that have flights booked from the UK to Italy between now and Saturday, the date that they’ve offered refunds from. The UK Gov’s advice is to not travel to the country. @Ryanair seem to be ignoring this
@Ryanair What are people meant to do who have flights booked to Italy on Thursday and Friday this week? What with the government’s advice to not travel to Italy, but seemingly no refund coming, I can’t travel but it seems you’re still happy to take my money?
