@iintrusive_th0t @ClaireMax -fat loss, if that’s your goal, but you don’t have to do a lot of it. 15-20 minutes of cardio a few times a week should be enough if your mail goal is to build muscle.
@iintrusive_th0t Sorry for the delayed response, I’m not on this account much (go follow me on @clairemax if you want, thats my main!) and i don’t know what you’re starting point is, but if you want to want to gain any kind of muscle mass you gotta do resistance training. Cardio helps with -
