@PresentTenseAte @AllanKirkhart It’s an Eastern PA, DE, Western MD dish. It comes from Amish farmers who didn’t want to waste any meat off the pig. They would boil the carcass, scrape off the bits of now cooked meat, grind it, and mix it with spices and cornmeal. Voila! Scrapple.
