Sparkes flew in @marksandspencer #cheltenham Lovely shop until saw till. Nooo! All self service.Customers remove hangars, scan,fold,pack items while searching for payment/loyalty cards/watching handbag/other bags/toddler/pram.Another nail in coffin 4 high st & they wonder why.
