✅Book that cervical cancer screening.

✅Get tested when something doesn't feel right.

✅Attend your routine health check-up.

✅Talk openly about menstrual health, menopause, sexual and reproductive health, and mental well-being.

✅Share trusted health information, not myths.

🌍Across Africa, too many women still delay seeking care because of stigma, limited awareness, or lack of access to services. Having a trusted friend who encourages you to seek care early can be the difference between early treatment and missed opportunities.

💜At LEA-WH, we believe improving women's health is not only the responsibility of health systems and researchers. It is also strengthened by communities of women who support, encourage, and empower one another.
