A drawing that was inspired when I was listening to rap music during a Japanese Art History lecture. WHY ARE ZOOM LECTURES SO DRY🤯

New drawing in chalk pastel I call “Tangerine”. This art is as close to explaining reality as I can get.

Words have the power to both destroy and heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world. #streetart #philadelphia

Another graffiti piece I forgot to post- it reads “We Bleed” with a peace sign. This was done in protest of all the innocent lives lost fighting for equality and rights.

“If The Piece Fits” ink art I did a while ago that I forgot to post

Some old graffiti doodles I forgot to post! “Believe” and a monk head with a third eye, and my tag. I miss graffiti because it’s a really good medium for sharing art with the public, especially if done in a visible location.

@Dwyertd Woah where is that?

[Max @maxinedraws]

@calebfranklyn Don’t tell her how to cope. She’s a grown woman she can decide for herself.

[Max @maxinedraws]

@cashphrasejones Your cross hatching is soooo amazing 😍😍😍

[Max @maxinedraws]

@ArtbyMasonBrown Obsessed with your style- so beautiful, effective, and surreal it take my mind to a new level💙

[Max @maxinedraws]

@buddhajim I’m very happy the graphite was effective to your eye!! Thank you🏽

Self portrait “Speak”
Was able to take better photos in the daylight. Am I the only artist who finds #graphite really hard to capture?

[Max @maxinedraws]

Progression of my self portrait “Speak”! I find much joy and release in art because the piece is completely decided by the artist- a world built on paper. You dictate the rules of light shadow and line that govern the art, and in the end create a universally relatable concept💖

“Speak”
Self portrait done in graphite, pen, and colored pencil💗💗💗
