Mostly no in early stage:
1. it’s hard getting an intern to feel 100% ownership
2. You don’t want to half-ass something. Just hire the best and give them the right title for it.
3. Bias on optimising for return offer in 10 weeks rather than focusing on long term value for the firm. I’ve done this in prior internships
