@no_stp_on_snek Ya. Any dev using llm knows costs have exploded. GH copilot pro was virtually unlimited for $10 a month. Now the credits lasts a few hours of heavy agentic use
@PythiaR Outside the bubble on X, Microsoft copilot is how most large businesses and enterprises are and will be deploying AI. It’s absurd that people think they are behind in AI, they are just focusing on their moat as the enterprise platform layer for AI rather than a single model
@chutneylife Algos have it pinned to $igv. It’s being treated as a vanilla SaaS, completely ignoring that it owns the Enterprise infrastructure and software layer for most companies to use AI. No consideration at all about their 27% stake in OpenAI, their own chips, and now their own models.
@QC_Capitals Microsoft is positioning to be the enterprise layer for AI, and it’s by default already the leader. However people are impatient, and like chasing shiny objects and models. Totally mispriced.
@Samurai__Stock Because the money is going to the semi/memory stocks, while they see these megacaps as throwing money down the drain. Market seems to be oblivious to the fact that unless these megacaps find gold soon to justify the spend, the capex buying spree will come to a complete halt.
$msft this is a full on crash of epic proportions for a AAA credit rated conglomerate. Almost $100 or 25% drop in two weeks. Stunning drop on no specific catalyst. Trading below 20x forward PE while growth accelerates.
@BoBbyPleWniaK The collective market cap loss of these today is huge. Very strange indeed. They are in full correction at the moment. Some of them down more than 20% since start of the month
@david_nix It is a great little gpu. Only issue is the big gap is models that fit in one. We have 32gb models, then we have 300gb models. What the hell happened to the sizes between that.
@Mayhem4Markets@4realddlovato If you look at their github strategy, the github team of large enterprises is now a central part of their tech stack. Copilot is how most orgs are using AI. They still own the distribution
@Mayhem4Markets@4realddlovato I disagree, as someone who knows a bit about large companies implementing AI, most are heavily reliant on Microsoft as being the gatekeeper to manage and serve AI to users. AI presents a big compliance issue, and Microsoft is deeply embedded in virtually every large enterprise.
@alex__pitti Didn’t you get the memo. Apparently everyone is going to vibe code their own OS and the apps they need. All software is going to zero by end of 2026 because vibe coded apps are better, even if they lack standards and interoperability.
@yatharthmann Microsoft vscode with gh copilot has several times more paid users than cursor. It’s a joke to pay $60 billion for a vscode fork but they are paying with inflated stock, which will probably work out to be closer to a fraction of it when the market settles
