@IkejaElectric My case has not been solved still. Your designated staff has consistently reject my calls all day till now in conformity with his instruction yesterday thay i should call hom to let him know if the problem was solved or not when power was restored. 11th days on!

This one. They came 2 days ago when no current said they have fixed it & i should give him a feedback. Still unfixed & the team refused to pick my calls all thru whole of yesterday!

@ieServe My house, No. 2, Michael Daniel Holiness str, off Likeminds estate road, Erunwen, Ikorodu, Lagos has been in darkness since Tues, 10th. February, 2026 after restoring power. My electrician said my home's connection is perfect, but my prepaid meter No.0213241137412 not powering.

Whisked it away, placed me in postpaid & forced me to buy a new prepaid meter after months while asking me to make a claim after the installation which nothing has come out of till date. I should have over 300 units before the incident!
