man sites used to have so much personality, specific to them. background music, blog informing the world, the store had shapes that werent just white backgrounds. and they were all specific to them, not all multi media. most now are front page product shots with white background. im super guilty of it too. i still havent figured out how to make a site with personality that doesnt make people x out of it fast cause its "too much" compared to what we're used to now. i think about this alot.
