@USMNTTAKES Even before his awful World Cup, Pulisic had been in poor club form for all of 2026. People shouldn't expect him to have much role this season, no matter what platitudes Amorim offers about him.
@BleacherReport The NFL itself will fight this, nevermind other schools.
NFL teams don't want players to be able to skip back to college ball if they don't like how their draft turned out. The precedent is disruptive. I suspect Wright will be blacklisted by the NFL.
@PurelyFootball It's delusional for him to think his scoring rate in the 20th century Eredivisie is a comparable level of achievement to CR7's even better rate in the 21st century La Liga.
@AshikagaAdam@BallsackSports I mean, he is wrong, and you're ignoring that 'greatness all time' factors a lot more than Finals W-L, otherwise Bill Russell is the GOAT. But then stupidity is to be expected from a grown man unironically saying 'LeLoser' as if it isn't a 12 year old boy's idea of wit.
@BallsackSports KD is the king of cope, as we know. This is the same guy that joined a 73 win roster and claims they were underdogs.
Only two-way elite players get to be in the GOAT conversation. KD has always been below-average on defense. He's a better version of Carmelo Anthony. That's all.
@Rainmaker1973 Three hours. I would've stayed with my horse until comatose. Imagine letting your friend drown just because you don't want to be cold and wet.
@AllFutbolMX Tho unlucky to lose in the Ro16, I've never seen a better El Tri than the one I saw at this year's World Cup. If not for a 100 second interval, they'd've beaten England, and I think Belgium after that. The margin between Mex and USA right now is as wide as its been in 30 years.
@saxykar@BronMuse@statmuse Simple totals in any category become records if the player has played enough minutes. It's only relevant to longevity.
Per game avg in the two primary scoring stats is a meaningful performance measure.
You'd get this if you weren't an insufferable, low-functioning narcissist.
@marvelousgeek__ I'm not venturing an opinion on the credibility of these specific claims, but I will say it's practically guaranteed that a character that's made three billion at the box-office will, at minimum, have a cameo in Doomsday.
@Footballtweet Because several koala-brained comments here need this:
Zidane won his first El Classico as manager of Real Madrid. 2-1. His plan to frustrate Barca's midfield was successful enough that Barca needed a centerback to score their one goal. Barca had been unbeaten in 39 games.
