Bing Webmaster Tools already did it.
Microsoft Clarity already did it.
Google also testing the ability to block your website content from showing up in AI Mode and AIO, via GSC.
Before AI/LLMs enter into the scene, ranking product and service pages on Google search were very difficult because Google consider them as salesy, instead prefer blogs/articles.
Now AI/LLM search platforms love cite product/service pages in their AI summaries.
