Ok, but dumbest thing ever. With this logic, aren't you offending Audi and Mazda bros/sis? Sell them if you're so spiritualized.

@SethAbramson Someone's jealous. Totally highschool (middleschool perhaps). Says everthing and reflects upon those that want to talk IQ. Total highshool bathroom logic. but go for it bros.
This came up, so I had to write. As someone who has been paralyzed from the shoulders down for nearly a decade now, I take this personally. I can only speak for myself.
I remember when I first heard about Neuralink and these trials which quickly went from pigs, to apes, and now humans, back in October/November 2021 while I was in the hospital. I remember when I heard about it that Elon said that the first human trials would be on people who had a spinal cord injury/ALS or related disability, with the goal being to restore full function. Incredible to imagine.
However, I don't know whether or not having just been saved/reborn influence this in me or whether it was the idea of having a computer chip implanted into the central nervous system (the brain, I believe)โฆ I just had an immediate feeling of "no" about it. Many did and have different opinions about it than I hold, paralyzed communities that I've asked as well as able-bodied, which is understandable, all things considered.
While I was in the hospital and this was fresh in the news cycle of Twitter at the time, I just so happened to be a regular viewer of the podcast Tim Cast IRL, and while I was tuning in one night they happened to bring it up as a topic. It was the first time that I paid to put in a comment, hoping that they would read it and respond on the show. They did.
I told them my situation, my thought against it, and then they discussed briefly. Not to put anyone on blast, but the vote between the cast members were that Tim was all for it and said he would do it without hesitation, I believe Ian was the same way, but Luke R was the only one to agree with my wariness of it, considering the very negative possibilities that could come with having an AI chip inserted directly into your brain.
I know that there are many people suffering in situations with afflictions like, similar, or worse than mine, who understandably are and would be jumping at the chance for something like this to come along. It's something that people with these afflictions have been hoping for. Right after my injury and the year following it, I was searching for it, too. I had my email set up to receive any and all updates on research and developments, but at some point that just got to be exhausting. I guess that's when I just settled in for the hand I was dealt and stopped that search, not despairingly. I accepted it because it was when it was, and it is what it is.
If you've read or heard my testimony to the praise of God and Lord Jesus my Savior, then you know that I wouldn't give anything to have it changed because of what I've been given. People who don't know my testimony, perhaps even some that do, may only see a young woman and perceive in themselves that I've lost so much and feel bad for me. That was me, too. It's not anymore. Praise God for godly hindsight and this brokenness that I can glorify the Father and the Son in a way that I couldn't before.
Two years later and almost in the same month, here we are. "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?" (Mark 8:36)
Beware of AI and do not take the mark of the beast, which will be somehow imprinted on either the forehead or the right hand.

@pastorsteve thank you Pastor. You mean renewable oil (not fossil fuels) right? The unbelieving world is trying its unbelieving best, if you can believe it haha! God Bless Pastor. Smile ๐๐๐พ๐๐น๐ญFrom Thailand
