@WajahatAli Our nation is a country of grievance. Of blame and anger. We don’t want solutions. We want sound bites, fast food, and the illusion of supremacy.
Whatever happens, one thing is clear: Trumpism is now the GOP permanently. There is no battle for the future of that party. It believes different things now and doesn’t think character matters—and Americans appear to have plenty of appetite for it. It has no incentive to change.
No matter what happens, it saddens me deeply that rape, felonies, trying to overthrow our democracy, misogyny, racism and transphobia are somehow not deal breaks for 10’s of millions of Americans.
I understand taking threats seriously, but you can’t keep shutting down polling places in Black precincts because someone in Russia called in a threat.
@Jeremiah3Tara Poor child having to suffer for her parents’ terrible decisions.
Fuck around and find out. Your choices put you where you are. Own it and do better upon your release.
Call me crazy but maybe decrying that gov't overreach killed a squirrel while ignoring women killed by abortion bans isn't a terrific move for your double digit gender gap

The single worst thing about Trump to me will always be how much he's changed people. I've watched friends and relatives become entirely new, worse people in the wake of his political rise. Like it's not merely that he's a terrible guy, it's that he's ruined people.
Jimmy Kimmel: "Remember Mitt Romney went down because he put a dog carrier on the roof of his car? We just got a hundred hours of Jeffrey Epstein saying he and Trump were BFFs. I didn’t even get an alert about it on my phone. I got no texts on this." https://t.co/mITsCBlDfX
If you’re shocked that a white lady from Texas would support a racist just because she used to have sex with a Black guy…
You have a lot to learn about America.
