Following the sensational TV 47 story about Peter Oyan's HIV healing, Peter lodged a complaint with the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) against the TV station, details which are as hereunder;

1.⁠ ⁠PETER OYAN reported a case of false publication at RUMURUTI police station.
2.⁠ ⁠⁠The officers have managed to get ART register which shows that he was enrolled on 3/5/2012 for medication at Rumuruti Sub-county Hospital
3.⁠ ⁠⁠Patients who were taking medication together with Peter Oyan and are still on drugs volunteered and recorded statements that they know him as one of them.

Doctors at Siaya County Hospital Confirm Alfred is HIV Negative.

Medical staff from the Siaya County Referral Hospital present the clinical history and current status of a patient Alfred Omondi, who has recovered from HIV/AIDS following a religious meeting.

Medical History and Diagnosis

Initial Infection: A doctor confirms that Alfred Omondi was first tested and enrolled in HIV care on August 17, 2009.

Severe Condition: At his lowest point, his CD4 count dropped to 35 cells/mm³ (the normal range is 445–1,497), which indicated a very advanced stage of the disease.

Long-term Treatment: He was on various anti-retroviral (ARV) regimens for over a decade, including medications like TDF, 3TC, and DTG.

The Turning Point and Test Results

Undetectable Viral Load: Medical records from April and August 2022 showed a viral load of "00 copies" in his blood, even though he had stopped taking his medication at that time.

Medical Discharge: Because he maintained a zero viral load without the use of ARVs, the hospital officially discontinued his treatment and discharged him from HIV care.

Current Negative Status: In a live demonstration during the video (dated February 2026), a doctor performs a rapid HIV test. After 15 minutes, the result is interpreted as HIV negative.

Dr. David Wanikina Access the hospital's Health Management Information System (HMIS) to retrieve the documented data of one Bethuel Sirengo.

The purpose of retrieving the medical data is to strictly focus on verifying the clinical documentation of Bethuel Sirengo as valid and not fake.

Confirmation of Past Diagnosis: The doctor confirms that the hospital's records show the patient was originally tested and found to be HIV positive. Based on this result, he was enrolled in the hospital's comprehensive clinical care program.

Healing: Bethuel Sirengo was listening/following a healing crusade led by the "Mightiest Prophets of the LORD" via "Jesus is Lord" radio. It was at this healing service that The Mega Prophets prayed and "cast HIV/AIDS three times" during the broadcast.

Confirmatory Testing: To verify the negative results, the hospital performed an Eliza (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) test as a confirmatory measure, which also returned a negative result.
