@edfenergy Sorry! 3 children aged 11, 9 and 6 had to go to grandparents for a shower and meals. School uniforms washed by a friend. 2 of these children have medical conditions. Thank goodness there was 1 of your staff that actually did his job, sent an engineer that lives 15 minutes away.
