I had two days of intense workouts at the gym, focusing on my arms on the first day and arms and chest on the second. I haven't been to the gym for over a year since the last session in 2025, which resulted in surgery — but that's a story for another day.

I noticed my urine colour changed to a light yellowish shade, but I wasn't bothered because it happened the same last year. I went to the hospital, but I was told it's nothing to worry about.

I was at work and too busy to take a break. At some point, I wanted to go, but I didn't want to leave what I was doing, so I continued. I just finished work and went to the bathroom to bathe. After urinating, I was frightened by what I saw in the toilet bowl — my urine was almost dark black.

I don't know if I should be worried. I'm really confused right now.

I might go to the hospital later, but I still want to share this here. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this. Please share!

People can cross borders and sell drugs, but who is buying those drugs if not people in the host country? Illegal drug markets exist because there are both suppliers and consumers. Instead of placing all the blame on foreigners, shouldn’t we also examine the demand that keeps the trade alive?
