LIFE HACKS – 2024 Edition

▪️If government is involved, avoid it.
▪️If government supports it, reject it.
▪️If government says it's safe, it's not.
▪️If government says it's true, it's false.
▪️If government endorses it, question it.
▪️If government says you need it, you don't.
▪️If government owns it, it's probably stolen.
▪️If government regulates it, it's stifling freedom.
▪️If government funds it, there's a hidden agenda.
▪️If government calls it progress, it's likely regression.
▪️If government is the solution, you're asking the wrong question.

You’re welcome.

Young Kings.

Defeat tastes bitter - like ash.

I was forced to taste a little once,

and instantly spat it back in the face of my aggressor.

Most men enjoy theirs with a can of Coke after a long day of slavery.

They seem to enjoy it.

An acquired taste.

AVOID.

Young Kings.

Pay attention to who lives the life you want to live.

Look for proof and screen all influences ruthlessly. Curate your reality.

Get as close as possible to people who are already where you want to be. Exist in an echo chamber of success.

Endlessly win.

But I thought Airbnb was causing the housing crisis? 🤔

https://t.co/Dl08E9j1l9

[Maxwell MacLean @maxwell_maclean]

https://t.co/e75d0b2ryr No, it wont... what about the other 98.6% of shortages?

The government always needs a housing boogeyman

Firsr it was foreign buyers, then it was house flippers, now its Airbnb.

They'll say its anything but their own incompetent policies.

[Maxwell MacLean @maxwell_maclean]

These people want you to now believe that your fellow Canadians owning real estate is bad.

They will say anything other than the truth, rents are high because interest rates are high (excessive gov spending) & demand (unchecked immigration)

@TheTaxHeroes There's no tax on unrealized gains... this is completely false info

[Maxwell MacLean @maxwell_maclean]

@mortimer_1 @KenSimCity I thought it was Airbnb's fault that rents are rising? Its definitely not the skyrocketing cost of ownership...

[Maxwell MacLean @maxwell_maclean]

@iamkennethchan Wonder why rents are up? Probably because the cost of ownership for private landlords is skyrocketing.... but no, these fools will convince you its Airbnb as a pretext to attack property rights

Take an OBESE DOG to the vet & they’ll tell you he eats too much junk & needs to take more walks to live longer.

Take an OBESE PERSON to the doctor & they’ll tell you he needs 6 pills & blood pressure medicine.

The system is doing exactly what it’s designed to do.
