That’s the problem with this offense as constructed. Three drives and the quarter is almost over. First one an RPO gets tipped and it’s an INT after two plays. Next drive a personal foul at the 3 yard line takes 7 off and it ends in 3 points. Next drive stalls out after they run a bootleg from shotgun which does nothing to hold the DE and dooms it off the start. And then 3rd and 8 no one open and a spy on Pat. The lack of intermediate to deep passing game, and consistent rushing attack, means long drives and any mistake gets amplified.
